Carol Ann makes her home in Canyon Lake, Texas with Sam, her husband of 49 years. Most of her professional life has been spent in some facet of the Real Estate Industry. Carol Ann began her real estate career in 1974 as a Real Estate Association Executive and received her Real Estate Salespersons license in 1980. Carol Ann received her Broker's license in 2007. She and her husband own C4 Real Estate of Texas. Carol Ann continues to nurture her desire to gain knowledge of the real estate industry through education opportunities in her Local Association and Women's Council. Her love of the real estate industry and determination to uphold the code of ethics set out by the National Association of REALTORS® has led her to the place where she now shares that passion with others in the industry. Her present focus is on helping younger agents build their business and develop into agents that will serve the buying and selling public with fairness.

Real Estate is a second career for Rocky. He ran field operations as a Regional Manager for 20+ years for a natural gas company in South Texas. His goal in life has always been to help others. Real Estate has given him the opportunity to reach that goal by helping the buying and selling public as they purchase or sell one of the largest investments of their lifetime. Rocky takes pride in always being there for his clients.
Rocky has been in real estate for five years. He was named “Rookie of the Year” his first year and has been a top producer for the past four years. Rocky is a Director for the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce, a member of New Braunfels/Canyon Lake and San Antonio Boards MLS and a National Member of Women’s Council of Realtors.
Rocky’s best friend is his wife Jennifer, a teacher for Blanco ISD. He has two sons who both live in San Antonio. Justin is 24 and was recently married to an awesome young lady from San Antonio. Tyler, is a 20 year old UTSA student. Rocky believes that when he puts God first in his life he can accomplish anything.

I have two wonderful daughters and three awesome grandchildren. Graduated from Lockhart High School. Graduated from Nixon Clay Business College. Past Treasurer of Lockhart Business and Professional Women's Club. Work History: Vice President of Lockhart State Bank in the 70's, EEG/Brain Mapping Technician for a Neurologist in the 80's and 90's. When my two daughters got married, I pursued a career in Real Estate and became a Licensed REALTOR® in 2003. I then became GRI certified (Graduate of REALTOR® Institution) and want to pursue more education as I believe education is very important.
